Oscar Pastor Acosta
Security Manager ISDEFE
With more than 20 years of professional experience, he works in Isdefe since 2001, currently as Security
Manager of the Defence and Security Division. He develops his work mainly in the Ministry of Defence,
supporting organizations such as the Cyber Defence Joint Command, and in the Ministry of the
Interior, working with the National Center for Critical Infrastructure Protection (CNPIC) or the Service
for Technological Innovation and Information Security of the Civil Guard. As part of those collaborations,
he attends regularly several security committees and working groups, both national and international.
He holds a Telecommunication Engineering Msc. from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Among his
postgraduate degrees are included an Advanced Studies Diploma in Computer Engineering from the
Pontifical University of Salamanca and a Management Development Program from ESADE Business
School. He also holds several professional certifications such as CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, PMP or ITIL
Expert, among others.
He is coauthor of several books and scientific papers on security and cyber defense, and a regular
speaker at courses, seminars and conferences on cyber security and critical infrastructure protection.
